Eligibility
The Housing Authority of the City of Frisco (HACF) Public Housing waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from April 17, 2019 at 12:00 pm CT until at least July, 2021.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
This waiting list had the following preferences:
- Residency
- Resident of the City of Frisco, TX (hereafter referred to as Frisco)
- Resident of Frisco for multiple years* (maximum of 5 years for scoring consideration)
- Employment
- Employed in Frisco
- Employed in Frisco for multiple years* (max. of 5 years for scoring consideration)
- Currently employed outside of Frisco
- Unable to work*** (disability, medical)
- Full-time employment
- Co-resident or dependent 18+ years of age also working
- Employed 12+ months at current job
- Current or retired City of Frisco or Frisco ISD employee (fire, police, staff, etc.)
- Other
- Application tenure (time on waiting list, per annum credit)
- Elderly
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
