The Housing Authority of the City of Crowell (HACC) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, applications are being accepted from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the HACC office, located at 500 E. California St., Crowell, TX 79227.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
