Odessa, Texas Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Odessa (HAO) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open every Friday for five weeks from June until July, 2019; and before that in 2018. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to visit the Housing Authority of Odessa office.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Dislocated by natural disaster, Domestic violence and Veterans.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
