Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Edgewood (HAE) Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments is currently open.

The HAE is accepting applications for this waiting list as of February, 2020, until further notice. 

Please note: The estimated wait times for this waiting list are as follows:

• 1 Bedroom Public Housing: 1 year
• 2 Bedroom Public Housing: as of December 16, 2021 "Currently no one on wait list for 2 bedrooms"
• 3 Bedroom Public Housing: 1 to 2 months

To apply during the opening period, visit the HAE office, located at 202 N Houston St, Edgewood, TX 75117, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday.

There are preferences, and they are listed on the application.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
