3 and 4-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Rochester Housing Authority (RHA) Public Housing waiting list for 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments is currently open. 

The RHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from January 31, 2020, until December 10, 2021.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application. The application is available in English and Spanish.
2. Print the paper application here. Select either the "Housing Application - English," or the "Housing Application - Spanish" link.
3. Complete an application in person at the RHA Applications Processing Center, located at 270 Lake Ave, Suite 300, Rochester, NY 14608.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be mailed to Rochester Housing Authority Attn: Application Processing Center, 270 Lake Ave, Suite 300 Rochester NY 14608. The RHA website states applicants can fax the application as well, but no fax number can be found on the RHA website.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
