Eligibility

The Pleasantville Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.

Please Note: The family public housing waiting list for families is currently closed.

The PHA offers five public housing communities with 206 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.

There are three ways to apply:

1. Visit the PHA to pick up an application, located at 156 North Main St., Pleasantville, NJ 08232, during normal office hours Monday-Friday.

2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling 609-646-3023.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

No documents are needed at this time.
