Public Housing Waiting List

This housing authority offers one senior/disabled community, and one family community and both are located in Ellenville.

To apply for public housing, you must stop by the office to pick up an application, located at 10 Eastwood Dr., Ellenville, NY 12428, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the office at the address listed above. Be sure to include these original documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

This housing authority does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: living and/or working in Ellenville, senior, disabled, homeless, or substandard living conditions.
