Public Housing Waiting List

The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Bonnie Dale Villas, Citrus Villas, Cypress Villas I, Cypress Villas II, Pasco Terrace, and Sunny Dale Villas is currently open.

The PHCA is accepting applications as of September, 2018, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the application available online here. Select the "Apply Here" link in the Public Housing section.
