Eligibility
The Lee County Housing Authority (LCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
Please note: According to the LCHA, "The public housing wait list is closed unless you met on of the following preferences.
1. Federally Declared Disaster
2. Local Government Displaced
3. Veteran w/ DD214 (honorably discharge)"

To apply, visit the LCHA office to complete a pre-application, located at 14170 Warner Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33903, from 8:30 am until 11:00 am ET on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
The following documentation is required: Social Security Card, and photo ID.
The LCHA has identified that there are preferences, and they can be viewed in the office's written policy manual. Please contact the LCHA to ask what preferences are available.
