This housing authority offers one apartment community with 124 units ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.

To apply for public housing please follow this link to download, then print and complete the application.

Once the application has been completed it must be hand delivered to the housing authority, located at 27 Robinwood Dr., SW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday. Please Note:  A full list of everything needed to be included with the application, is on the front page of the application.

This housing authority does not have any preferences: Your application is placed by date and time received.

Please Note: If you are not working more than 30 hours a week you will be required to do 8 hours of community service a month.
