Clearwater, Florida Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Clearwater Housing Authority (CHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for for two days in March 2018; and before that for one day in August 2016, and for one day in August 2014. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Clearwater, FL is about 20 miles west of Tampa, FL.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to download and print the application online.

Once the application has been completed, it must have been postmarked on March 22 or 23, and mailed to the CHA. Applications must be received by the CHA no later than March 30, 2018.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery. Persons placed on the waiting list will be notified by mail within 120 days of the deadline date.
