Valley View Apartments is a subsidized housing community for seniors age 62 & over. The term "subsidized housing" means that the rent is based on income. A resident of the community pays approximately 30% of their income as rent.The remainder of the rent is paid in the form of a subsidy. If a resident qualifies for a subsidy, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), a U.S. government agency, will pay the remainder of the rent.
Valley View Apartments features 4 specially designed apartments to accommodate individuals with mobility and or sensory impairments.
Within blocks of a medical facility, pharmacy, grocery store and other shopping venues, our community is also near a zoo and several parks.
Our residents are active participants in RHFs Project H.A.N.D.S. A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents personal needs.
