Westby Housing Authorityprovides housing assistance to low income residents through themanagement of Low Rent Public Housing. This program is income based andthe eligibility guidelines are set by HUD.There may be waiting lists forthese rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants basedon the size of and length of wait on the lists. 24 hour on call maintenance staff for emergencies
