With this program, the rents are NOT income based, instead, all new move must make 2.5 times the monthly rent amount, yet still fall at or lower than county median income guidelines. Moderate income housing.

Every apartment is renting for $1103 per month.  Not an income BASED property, so rents are a fixed monthly rate, however they do participate in the Section 42 subsidized housing program, so there are income LIMITS involved.
