Homewood Terrace Condominiums (Phase 1)

Homewood Terrace is a public housing project that provides affordable housing to low-income families. 

We offer 2, 3 and 4 bedroom rambler and townhouse units, as well as ADA units.

Residents are eligible for project-based Section 8 assistance. If not eligible, maximum monthly rent will not exceed $510.

Our units are available in 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom ramblers and townhouses and 4 bedroom units.

Residents pay 30% of their income minus a utility allowance reimbursement. Our non-subsidized (full-market) rent is maxed at $510 per month.
