Nine one-bedroom units were enlarged to one two-bedroom and eight three-bedroom units. Two of the apartments are accessible to persons with disabilities. Volunteers from Walker Chapel, St. Matthew's, Herndon, Arlington Forest United Methodist Churches, and DC Cares (300) painted the property.
