Monarch Townhomes

Monarch Townhomes is a Low Rent Public Housing Development for Seniors that is operated by the City of Dallas Housing Authority. There are 65 units, 8 one bedroom, 40 two bedroom and 17 three bedroom. These rentals are income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. There may be waiting lists for these rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants based on the size of and length of wait on the lists.
