39-unit complex is comprised of two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Applicants may not exceed the 60% income limit set by HUD. A Section 8 voucher can be used to help pay the rent.

At White Oak Apartments you have a choice between York Elementary and Pine Haven Elementary. Older children attend Alvin C. York Institute.
