Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA):
This program helps clients with HIV/AIDS that are not working with a Medical Case Manager to identify available resources that could assist them in a variety of goals including - moving, back rent, locating a unit, landlord tenant advocacy, the completion of applications like Direct Emergency Financial Assistance (DEFA), and the AIDS Activity Coordinating Office (AACO) Housing Application. Referrals are open to the general public.
