Booth Manor is a Senior residence apartment complex for older adults ages 62 years or older who qualify under U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines as being low income.

The residence is an independent living facility that provides individual apartments to Seniors (individuals or couples) with some supportive services.

Residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent, and HUD pays the balance for the individual or couple.

Rent includes all utilities except personal telephone and cable television. 

All common areas are accessible; some apartments are modified for persons with mobility and/or vision/hearing impairments.
