Maple City Apartments for Seniors

The Maple City Apartments are owned and operated by Ecumenical Housing Limited Partnership (EHLP), and managed By Ecumenical Enterprises, Inc. (EEI), a non-profit corporation. Maple City Apartments are supported by Sections 202 and 8 of the National Housing Act, which provide reduced rentals to elderly of low, very low, and extremely low incomes. The complex contains 40 one-bedroom apartments. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:All applicants must be 62 years of age or older, or in the case of a married couple, either spouse must be at least 62 or over.

Handicapped and disabled persons as identified by U.S. Department of HUD may also be eligible. Individual or family income must be within the prescribed limits established by U.S. Department of HUD.

All applicants must accept the terms of a written lease and related building regulations as prescribed by EEI and U.S. Department of HUD.

Final admission is based upon the above criteria without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
