Alliance For Better Housing

Alliance for Better Housing (ABH) focuses on affordable housing for residents in the southern part of Chester County PA.
Its programs include housing development, housing counseling, tenant services and community revitalization. ABHowns and manages scattered site rental properties. They assist with homeownership through new construction.
ABH has successfully completed two townhome housing developments (40 units total) for first-time homebuyers, and acquired and rehabilitated 13 scattered site rental projects, some of which are Section 8 subsidized.
