Burten, Bell, Carr Development, Inc.

Burton, Bell, Carr Development Inc., offers new housing construction, a free paint program, and youth recreation and educational programs, as well as community security programs and technical assistance for community planning activities. They are currently focused on three neighborhood complexes in the Cleveland area, within easy access of the downtown area, local colleges, and public transit.
