Terrill Suites Aka Terrill Commons

Terrill Suites is an affordable rental housing community owned by Ravenna Family Housing LP and now managed by Portage Metropolitan Housing Authority. 

There are 65 townhouse style units on a pleasant campus located at 858 1/2 Cleveland Road, Ravenna, Ohio. 

All of the apartments went through a complete renovation that was completed in late 2013. 

Rents are made affordable through a contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and residents pay rent based on a percentage of their income. 

Amenities include a community center which is home to the rental management office and also hosts community events including parties for resident children, speakers, and a summer lunch program. 

The community center also has a laundry room for residents who do not take advantage of the washer/dryer hookups in their apartments. 

Other amenities include air conditioning, storage buildings for belongings that do not fit or store in the apartment, and an on-site supportive services coordinator who helps residents with referrals to programs and services that improve the quality of life as well as promote efforts to move to economic self sufficiency.
