Crestwood Village Apartments

Crestwood Village is a 48 unit apartment complex consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom
units in Caldwell.  These units are available to all persons without regard to race,
color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or handicap.
All units are unfurnished, but have kitchen appliances provided; service utilities
(water, sewer, and trash) paid and have carpeted living rooms, halls, and
bedrooms.
Eligibility:
The complex is financed through USDA Rural Development, and adheres to Equal
Housing Opportunity regulations.  There is Rural Development project based
rental assistance available at this complex.  Section 8 vouchers are also welcome.
