New York Mortgage Coalition Inc

The New York Mortgage Coalition, or the NYMC, is a non-profit organization which works in collaboration with financial institutions and community-based housing agencies to help low- to moderate-income families become first-time homeowners. They provide financial workshops, one-on-one counseling, informational workshops, pre-purchase counseling, a foreclosure prevention program, and access to competitive, fixed-rate loans and payment assistance such as closing cost grants and down payment subsidies.
