Metropolitan Council On Jewish Poverty

The Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty has been a leader in producing affordable housing for special needs populations in New York City. They build and maintain low-income housing in New York, including various apartment complexes fitted to serve the elderly. In addition to their affordable housing efforts, the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty also addresses the needs of New York's homeless Jews through kosher food bank programs and various other particularized services.
