Sheridan Hill House

Sheridan Hill House is owned and operated by the Bridge, Inc., as a group home for the psychiatrically and mentally frail. It specializes in housing residents with mental or physical disabilities due to age or illness, with a 24 hour staff. Staff provide medication monitoring, referrals to community resources, nurse assistance, and one nutritional meal each day. There is also a Care Manager on-site who takes care of referrals needed for services and specialists, evaluates residents, and serves as a liaison between healthcare providers.
