Common Ground Management Corporation

Common Ground Management Corporation was formed and is operated for the charitable purpose of managing affordable housing projects and providing employment to under-privileged individuals in the housing management field. They own and maintain housing complexes and scatted units throughout the New York area, available for ow-income individuals or those with disability needs that force them towards homelessness. Supportive housing is available with counseling and particularized care services to address the individual needs of tenants and so to proactively fights against the causes of homelessness.
