Provide decent, safe, affordable housing which will incorporate social programs for the residents in the ocean hills neighborhoods of Brooklyn New York.
This will be done through development, marketing and sale of affordable townhouses to low income families, and by assisting them to obtain 95% permanent financing for the town-homes.
