Harlem Congregations For Community Improvement, Inc.

Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, or the HCCI, works to coordinate low to moderate-income housing development in the Harlem community. The HCCI has developed 1900 units of housing and manages five developments in partnership with community-based organizations.
