Create, Inc., is a non-profit organization that provides 24-hour-a-day Shelter, In-Patient and Out-Patient Rehab and Counseling services. Available services include, but are not limited to, transitional living for homeless young adults, permanent housing and support services for single parent women, vocational counseling, job preparation and placement, and day services for the elderly.
