The mission of Southern Hills Preservation Corporation is to promote affordable housing and community revitalization through development, financing, advocacy, counseling and education.
Current programs in support of this mission include home rehabilitation, emergency home repairs for the elderly, housing counseling, first-time homebuyer classes and apartment development and management.

Southern Hills Preservation Corporation is a certified HUD Counseling Agency. We offer individual pre-purchase counseling as well as homebuyer classes leading to a certificate required by USDA Rural Development for its direct loan program.
Also offered are foreclosure prevention and post-purchase counseling for homeowners who need assistance with keeping and maintaining their homes.
