$22,275 and up per year for household of 4 people
$24,075 and up per year for household of 5 people (maximum household size)
APARTMENTS AVAILABLE THAT ARE CURRENTLY BEING SUBSIDIZED FOR TWO YEARS BY THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY'S LANDLORD INCENTIVE PROGRAM!*** This is an income-based program that assists low-to-moderate income households with their monthly rent for two years (could be longer depending on future funding availability). This is NOT the Section 8 program. Through the Landlord Incentive Program, the tenant portion of the rent will be determined by their household income and the state will pay the remaining portion of the rent to the landlord. This is a great opportunity!
How the Landlord Incentive Program works:
The tenant portion of the is based on household size, household income and the number of bedrooms. For example, a 3-person household with a combined income of $28,070 would only have to pay $843/month or less for a three bedroom apartment. The Program would pay the remaining portion of the rent.
Tenant's monthly rent portion will range between $602 - $1,535 per month dependent upon household income.
