The Housing Authority of the City of New Brunswick (which also operates as The New Brunswick Housing Authority, or The New Brunswick Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and NBHA) is a public body organized and operating according to the laws of the State of New Jersey to manage, build, own, and operate assisted and affordable housing and may act as a redevelopment authority in accordance with State law. The mission of the New Brunswick Housing and Redevelopment Authority (NBHA) is to assist eligible families by providing decent, affordable housing as they move to achieve self-sufficiency. The NBHA is committed to operate in an ethical, efficient and professional manner. The NBHA will establish and maintain partner relationships with its clients and appropriate community agencies in order to accomplish this mission.
