Edward K. Gill Apartments

Edward k. Gill Apartments is a 130 unit HUD subsidized facility with a maximum allowable gross income of 80% of the county median income, currently $45,100 for one person.

The five story building contains studio, one bedroom and some two bedroom apartments.

The rents are on a sliding scale and residents pay 30% of their adjusted income to rent.

Cranford-Lincoln Apartments is a low income tax credit facility which is restricted to residents whose gross income is under 60% of median, currently $37,200 for one person.

The rents there are $760 or $860 depending on income.

All utilities are included in the rent except for an extra charge for air conditioning usage.

Applicants must be age 62 or above and federal regulations prevent us from giving preferences to residents of Cranford.

Periodically when our waiting list is low, we hold open enrollments where we accept applications for our waiting list.
