Mullen Manor for the Disabled

Mullen Manor is ideal for the mobility impaired. Residents must qualify under the income limits set by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the occupancy policy established by the sponsor.

Monthly rent is based upon the resident's income in a formula specified by HUD.

Mullen Manor is designed exclusively for the mobility impaired and is ADA approved.

All units are wheelchair accessible and have grab bars in the bathrooms and pull cords for emergencies.

A telephone system facilitates guest entry, and the building is equipped with a surveillance system. 

This is an independent living facility, but residents can relax knowing Mullen Manor is professionally managed and has a resident coordinator on site to help facilitate connections to the greater community.
