Southeast Nebraska Community Action

Southeast Nebraska Community Action, or SENCA, offers a variety of services to meet the needs of local residents. These include, but are not limited to, community economic development services, youth educational programs, and family outreach services. They offer homebuyer educational programs, financial assistance programs for first-time homebuyers, and owner-occupied housing rehabilitation programs.
