McDonnell Avenue Public Housing Apartments is one of the Biloxi Housing Authority\\'s newest developments opening in 2009, it consists of 162 one and two bedroom Garden Walk-up/Low rise style units with plenty of parking, green space and it has a community center for events.
You must apply at the Biloxi Housing Authority Assisted Housing Office for Public Housing located at 330 George Quint Circle, Biloxi, Mississippi 39530 in the Beatrice Brown Community Center which is part of the Oakwood Village development off of Benachi Avenue north of Division Street.
