St. Peters Senior Village is an Independent Living Community for Low-Income Seniors which offers a homelike community of 52 apartments nestled in mature trees and beautiful landscaping.

Tenants must be 62 years of age and have a total income of less than $35,000 per year.

They are an independent living facility, so no assisted living type care is available.

Residents must generally be able to care for themselves.

Home care services are permitted and are frequently used by tenants.

One building is specifically for seniors with mobility devices. Rental rates are based on tenant income.

Rent is approximately 25% to 30% of gross income with a minimum rent of $185 and a maximum of $420.

An additional utility surcharge of $50 per month covers electric, water, sewer and trash. 

Rent is recalculated on a yearly basis.
