The Baptist Manor is a non-profit, faith-based organization that has provided affordable, quality housing and personal care to senior citizens for the past 64 years.

Section 202/8 Program. Seniors 62+ Wait-list for 1 bedroom at least 2 years.

Under 62 y/o must have the need of an accessible unit, 5 + year wait-list.

The Epsilon hold 102 units: 97  1-bedroom units and 5  2-bedroom units.

Community Room, Laundry Facilities on both floors, 2 elevators, Library, Lounge, Court Yard.
