You may pick up an application at Walnut Creek  24/7 (Application holder is located outside of the Leasing Office) or call and we will mail you an application. For "priority" placement on our waiting list please submit proof with your application, that you live or work in Wayne County, such as, a copy of your drivers license or State ID, utility bill or check stub etc...showing your name and current Wayne County address.
