St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center, Inc.

St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center has been dedicated to providing affordable housing to low-moderate income individuals and families, and to those with special needs, in Baltimore, Maryland. St. Ambrose has extensive experience working in distressed neighborhoods and providing homes for typically underserved individuals and families. St. Ambrose believes that quality rental opportunities help to stabilize neighborhoods. Our 300 affordable rental units are located throughout Baltimore City and County and scattered among seven apartment buildings and 135 individual single family homes.

In addition to providing affordable housing, St. Ambrose has partnered with area social service providers to develop programs committed to assisting those tenants with special needs. St. Ambrose provides "service enriched" housing for formerly homeless individuals and families, those with HIV/AIDS, and low to moderate income Seniors. All of their programs and projects are designed to have a strong positive influence on the residents as well as the surrounding neighborhoods.
