Cypress Green Apartments are specifically designed for those 62 years of age or older or handicapped & disabled regardless of age. We offer affordable one and two bedroom apartments, with many amenities and safety features.
Heritage Villas offers affordable housing for families in our spacious one and two bedroom apartments, as well as two bedroom town home style apartments.
Both properties are equipped with many upgraded kitchen and safety features. Our property amenities include a clubhouse, laundry facilities, and playground.

Income Qualifications
Annual gross and adjusted household cannot exceed applicable limits. Income limits are subject to change. Eligible applicants must demonstrate stable financial resources that provide ability to meet obligations. Additional screening criteria apply.
