Arbor Village provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. The rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

* Some apartments will be available at a further reduced rate for households that qualify at a lower income level.
** Rental assistance vouchers are accepted here. We will work with your housing counselor to coordinate the necessary paperwork.
