Bonita Cove provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. The rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

Located at 5715 NW 2nd Avenue in Miami's Little Haiti neighborhood, Bonita Cove consists of 60 apartments with 30 units serving formerly homeless Veterans and 30 units serving low-income families. The community offers a full-range of supportive services and on-site programs and includes a recreational space, library and laundry facilities.
