Artspace Sailboat Bend Lofts

Located in Fort Lauderdale's historic Sailboat Bend neighborhood, theArtspace Sailboat Bend Lofts are complete! Artspace, in a uniquepublic/nonprofit partnership with Broward County Cultural Division andthe City of Fort Lauderdale, have created 37 units of affordablelive/work studios for individuals and their families.

The live/workunits are available to families earning 50% and 60% of area medianincome.

There are 16 1-bedroom, 18 2-bedroom, and three 3-bedroom unitsin the three-story building designed in a U-shape around dedicatedparking.

Adjacent to the new-construction lofts, we are renovating theHistoric West Side School, built in 1923, as the new home for theBroward County Historical Commission.

This exciting new facility islocated within walking distance of downtown Fort Lauderdale and its manycultural facilities, the Riverwalk, and Himmarshee historic district.
