Langston Terrace and Langston Addition DC Public Housing Apartments

Langston Terrace and Langston Addition are Public Housing Communities operated by the DC Housing Authority. Langston Terrace consists of 274 rentals that range in size from 1-3 bedroom apartments and Langston Addition has 34  Three and Four bedroom Townhouses. These rentals are income based and the eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for these communities or there rentals.
