Palmer Square is a recently built, mixed-income community located on the West Side near the Greenwich border. This beautiful family community consists of 76 garden-style apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, a mixture of market rate and affordable units. All apartments feature private front and rear entrances. This property features lots of green space with a playground as well as decks and patios.
