The Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation's (tndc) provide safe, affordable housing with supportive services for low-income people in the tenderloin community.
TNDC owns and operates 25 buildings and houses over 2,500 residents, who earn less than $20,000 a year and are considered by the US Department Of housing and urban development as being "extremely low-income."

We provide current apartment rates on many listing pages. Most HUD listings do not have published rates. They are based on 30% of the renters adjustable gross income. You will need to contact the apartments to determine if you qualify for income based rent.
